Founder, Wellness With Majella
Wellness has been part of my life since I was young. Growing up in Swords, Dublin, time in the gym, long walks, and an interest in movement became a foundation for my work.
A regular Bikram Hot Yoga practice became a turning point for me. It led me to complete 200 hours of hot-yoga teacher training at Absolute Sanctuary in Ko Samui, Thailand.
I continue to learn and develop my practice, bringing that care and experience to every client session.

My Story
The Journey
An early interest in wellness
Grew up in Swords, Dublin, with an interest in fitness, long walks, arts, and physical education.
Drama & Television Studies
Studied drama, theatre, television broadcasting and acting, developing skills in communication and presence.
Health & Fitness
Completed National Exercise & Health Studies Diploma at NTC Dublin. Began working in gyms and health clubs as a health and fitness facilitator.
Discovered Bikram Hot Yoga
A regular Bikram Hot Yoga practice became the starting point for deeper study and teaching.
200hr Yoga Teacher Training
Completed 200 hours of hot-yoga teacher training at Absolute Sanctuary in Ko Samui, Thailand.
Teaching in the Netherlands
Taught hot yoga in Amsterdam.
Return to Ireland
Returned to Ireland, began teaching freelance, and set up Pure Yoga Swords.
Hot Yoga Wexford begins
Moved to Wexford, completed 100 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa training in the Canary Islands, and began Hot Yoga Wexford in May 2019.
Wellness With Majella
Expanded from yoga classes to offer massage, reflexology, Reiki, facials, mediumship, and other wellness services.
