Hot Yoga Classes

A candlelit Thursday evening practice in a heated room designed to help you sweat, soften, and leave lighter than you arrived.

The class atmosphere

A strong weekly reset, not a generic gym session.

Join us every Thursday at 7:30pm for a guided hot yoga practice in a 40°C studio. The session is designed to feel immersive, focused, and welcoming whether you are new to yoga or returning to it.

Expect warmth, movement, breath, and a more personal pace than a crowded fitness class. Small numbers mean clearer guidance and more confidence for first-timers.

For beginners

You do not need experience. The class is structured so you can take breaks, work at your own pace, and get used to the heat gradually.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing, water, and a towel are the essentials. If you are unsure about anything practical, reach out before class.

Private options

If you would rather begin one-to-one or book for a group, private yoga and hot yoga sessions are also available.
