If you are looking for true relaxation, this is the treatment for you! A much loved treatment by all my clients is this facial reflexology. Whereby you receive the reflexology not through your feet but through your face. This is wonderful as an alternative to foot reflexology, my clients all report that they can feel which organ I am working on as I gently manipulate the pressure points. Included is a hot towel & gentle raw honey cleanse to prepare the skin first followed by some beautiful facial massage, then the facial reflexology, the sequence of pressure points applied brings healing and balance to the whole body and mind.

What to expect from reflexology
Reflexology is applied pressure to points on the feet, face, or hands. You stay fully clothed, seated or lying down, with only shoes and socks removed for foot work.
- Sessions are calm and largely still — a lot of people fall asleep.
- Facial reflexology applies the same principles across the face and scalp.
- Flag any foot injuries, verrucae, or recent surgery beforehand.
- Nothing is required of you in advance; it is restful rather than strenuous.
