The benefits of a meditation practice are profound, and when coupled with a reiki healing the benefits are ten fold. Join me for a private Reiki meditation session, you can choose which orientation you prefer, sit in a chair, sit on the floor or lie in the cosy treatment bed, I will guide you through a wonderful healing meditation of the reiki which will flow from me into you, the meditative aspect of this alone brings about a deep state of relaxation coupled with the beautiful healing of Reiki. Prepare to feel on top of the world!

What to expect from energy healing
Reiki and energy healing are received fully clothed, lying on a treatment table or seated. Majella works with light touch, or with her hands held just above the body.
- Nothing is asked of you during the session beyond resting.
- People describe warmth, tingling, or simply deep rest — there is no single correct experience.
- Distance sessions are available and are received wherever you are.
- Energy work sits alongside medical care rather than replacing it.
