What to expect from massage
Massage is hands-on bodywork on a heated table. You undress to your own level of comfort and stay covered with towels throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
- Tell Majella about injuries, pain, pregnancy, allergies, or areas to avoid before you start — pressure and technique are adjusted to you.
- Aromatherapy blends and Reiki can be added to most massage treatments.
- Every session is strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.
- Leave yourself a few quiet minutes afterwards, and drink water before you head off.
