Reiki is a beautiful healing method founded by Japanese Mikao Usui in the 1900s, it is a spiritual but non religious healing practice, science has not yet been able to explain exactly how it works but it's widely accepted that it has real health benefits to offer. A channeler of Reiki draws on universal life force energy to direct through your body with the highest intentions to help heal you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, it aims to balance your life force energy enabling the body to naturally heal itself.

What to expect from energy healing
Reiki and energy healing are received fully clothed, lying on a treatment table or seated. Majella works with light touch, or with her hands held just above the body.
- Nothing is asked of you during the session beyond resting.
- People describe warmth, tingling, or simply deep rest — there is no single correct experience.
- Distance sessions are available and are received wherever you are.
- Energy work sits alongside medical care rather than replacing it.
