Private Group Yoga

A private group yoga class is a wonderful way to spend time with your loved ones and friends, doing something holistic and beautiful together that will benefit your health, your life and your bond together. Everyone is chasing wellness these days and there is a saying that "wellness is the new high" meaning people are looking past what's always been the norm way of relaxing ie alcohol etc and yearning for new ways to feel good that will actually enhance your life not hinder it. Group yoga can be organised at a time and date which suits you at my studio or at your chosen location. You will never ever regret going to yoga class.
