What to expect from yoga
Sessions are taught for the people in the room rather than to a fixed sequence, so beginners and longer-term practitioners can share a space comfortably.
- Wear something you can move and stretch in. For weekly classes, bring your own mat.
- Hot yoga runs at around 40°C — arrive hydrated, and bring water and towels.
- Mention injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgery so poses can be adapted for you.
- Private and small-group sessions can be arranged for a date and time that suits you.
