Private Yoga for One

A private yoga class is a beautiful way to introduce yourself to the beautiful practice of yoga in a relaxed setting where you don't feel any pressure to perform or " be good" at yoga. Yoga is a very non competitive practice, every person is on his or her unique journey. Yet by attending a private session you just remove any little anxieties that you may have about doing yoga with other people, it's wonderful if you are only starting out your practice or as the preferred choice for you that one to one tuition just feels good for you.
